Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and courteously.

  • Provide detailed information about our air conditioning products, including features, benefits, and usage.

  • Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and preferences.

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Track order status and communicate updates to customers.

  • Handle order modifications, cancellations, and returns as necessary.

  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues with customers and provide solutions.

  • Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate department.

  • Guide customers through warranty claims and repair processes.

  • Coordinate with service technicians and follow up on repair statuses.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Generate reports on customer feedback, trends, and common issues.

  • Work closely with sales, technical support, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Provide feedback to management on ways to improve customer service and processes.
