Robert Half is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a distinguished client located in the Miami area. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support to our client's customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.

• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate resources.

• Contribute to the improvement of processes and customer service practices.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or similar environment.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a must.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
