Citigroup Community Development Sr Mgr in Miami, Florida
Position Objective
The U.S. Community Relations, Relationship Manager role will report to the East Regional Leader and will support the Region in Community Relations Program Management functions for Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) related activities and programs as well as Relationship Management duties. The individual will have a background in financial services and/or nonprofit organizations with an ability to manage internal and external relationships with multiple stakeholders. Elements of the position include supporting internal processes to ensure seamless operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the region’s CRA processes and internal coordination to ensure strong execution in achieving regulatory goals
Manage a portfolio of nonprofit partners based in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach, and other geographies as assigned within the regional plan
Support project management and implementation in partnership with the Regional Leader and existing Market Managers in the region
Support the region in leveraging Citi's businesses and their respective products to benefit the communities in which Citi operates
Contribute to performance context by documenting and processing community development (CD) activities and coordinating internal CRA processes, including tracking, and verifying CD services
Represent Citi as directed at partner convenings, community meetings and other internal and external opportunities
Maintain an understanding of Citi risk and controls policies and procedures
Partner with the Community Investing and Development Finance and Operations team to ensure required Community Relations data/payment reporting and processing is timely and properly executed
Job Skills:
5+ years of experience in financial services, high impact data driven social sector, research and evaluation, community relations, marketing / communications, or nonprofit management; familiarity with CRA a plus
Experience consulting and collaborating with senior leaders in various functional areas and working collaboratively to achieve shared outcomes
Strong project management and presentation skills with ability to simultaneously facilitate the work of multiple teams
Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to distill and explain complex concepts
Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
Bachelor’s degree preferred

$107,120.00 - $160,680.00
