Univision Communications, Inc Brand Communications Analyst in Miami, Florida

As the Brand Communications Analyst at TelevisaUnivision, you are tasked with spearheading our integrated brand presence initiatives. Your role encompasses assisting in the management of the corporate website, domain strategies, digital and social media strategies, fostering vendor relationships, and protecting the integrity of corporate brands and initiatives. You are pivotal in fulfilling our brand promise, bolstering brand equity, and cultivating consumer loyalty. Furthermore, you support the Senior Director and Director in elevating brand recognition through strategic implementation.

You'll play a supportive role in managing our corporate website and social media, learning the ropes of our brand and corporate marketing strategy while building and nurturing vendor relationships. Your contributions will help maintain the integrity of our brand and bring our promise to life, assisting initiatives that bolster our brand's image and foster customer loyalty. Under the guidance of seasoned leaders, you'll have a hand in crafting campaigns that elevate brand awareness, gaining invaluable experience and helping to shape the future of our brand's narrative.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Website and Domain Management: Consistently refresh and upkeep the corporate website with new content that mirrors the brand's ethos and principles. This includes supervising web design, functionality, and user experience (UX) to boost visitor interaction and conversion rates.

  • Content Strategy: In concert with corporate communications, devise and implement a content strategy that aligns with our marketing objectives. This involves driving compelling content initiatives and producing SEO-optimized materials such as blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics to engage our target demographic.

  • SEO and SEM: Collaborate closely with vendors to administer search engine optimization (SEO) tactics that augment the website’s visibility on search engine results pages (SERPs) and amplify organic traffic. Oversee search engine marketing (SEM) efforts, including pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, to escalate website visitation and lead generation.

  • Social Media Management: Direct branding efforts on social media platforms, concentrating on the LinkedIn page, by generating and curating content that nurtures community interaction, boosts brand recognition, and channels traffic to our website. Monitor social media developments and metrics to refine brand strategies and enhance performance efficacy.

  • Competitor Analysis / Best Practices: Perform ongoing competitive analysis to identify industry exemplars, discern trends, measure our performance against competitors, and spot areas for enhancement in our brand marketing strategy.

  • Collaboration and Coordination: Aid the Senior Director and Director in formulating and scrutinizing marketing strategies across various campaigns. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including graphic designers, content specialists, and vendors, to guarantee marketing endeavors are coherent and support the company's goals.

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

  • At least 2 years on branding experience, website and social media management.

  • Demonstrated ability to understand brand narratives and visual storytelling.

  • Capability to thrive under pressure and adapt within a rapidly changing media landscape.

  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in cross functional collaboration.

  • Up-to-date with the latest media trends, brand/marketing best practices

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with an in-depth understanding of the US Hispanic market.
