Daily Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage all incoming phone calls.

• Maintain various office filing processes and provide general filing support.

• Receive, review, and distribute incoming mail according to procedures.

• Bring urgency and prioritization to your work.

• Greet and assist visitors warmly.

• Assist other administrative staff with overflow tasks, including word processing, data entry, and Internet research.

• Order office and kitchen supplies as needed.

• Exhibit strong time management and organizational skills.

• Provide excellent customer service and office administrative support.

• Be upbeat, smart, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience with multi-line phone systems (1+ years preferred).

• Strong attention to detail.

• Bilingual Spanish

• At least 2+ years of experience

• Excellent written, verbal, and social communication skills.
