Responsibilities:

• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data

• Assist with the preparation of client billings and the extensive related support documentation, including all exhibits

• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all invoices are posted and cash receipts are applied properly

• Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues

• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients

Requirements:

• Associates degree in accounting plus 2-3 years of related experience

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office

• Attention to detail

• High level of accuracy and efficiency

• Preferred experience with government constructions contracts
