Our Talent Care Manager is accountable for:

  • Developing and executing strategies for the Talent Care team to create efficiencies and meet Kelly's strategic goals.

  • Serving as the Level 2 escalation point for operational issues, providing overall guidance on talent strategy and engagement.

  • Overseeing the operational relationship, developing talent-focused solutions, and ensuring adherence to contractual SLAs.

  • Leading and supporting internal team members through direction, development, and training to align with customer processes and policies.

  • Communicating effectively to establish strong relationships and develop partnerships with Kelly Education functional peer teams.

  • Guiding team members to understand and deliver against customer requirements while achieving successful outcomes.

  • Assisting with payroll-related issues and ensuring system compliance while monitoring team performance and driving career development.

  • Providing guidance and feedback to navigate a matrix environment, resolving issues, and enhancing team collaboration and efficiency.

  • Serving as a key contact between HR, Investigations & Security, and other stakeholders, managing incidents, and executing HR policies.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Strong customer service focus

  • Solid leadership, problem solving and decision-making skills

  • Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Seeking 5+ years minimum of recruiting, staffing, vendor management or educational experience. This position will include marketing, screening, hiring, orientating, training, assigning, and managing temporary employees.

Valid United States Driver’s License in good standing is required

Ability to travel up to 10-20% locally to hiring, recruiting, school, talent, and other position-applicable events are also required.

Total compensation package and benefits commensurate with the position.
