Job Description:

Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world

As Sr Talent Acquisition Spec you will play a key role for end-to-end recruitment process for Latin America.

The impact you will make in this role:

• End-to-end recruitment process for Mexico and some other LATAM countries

• Talent acquisition strategy: work with Business Leaders to determine current and future staffing needs and translate regional TA strategy into the assigned countries' plan.

• Sourcing strategy: define priority sourcing channels to bring in diverse candidates focusing on digital sourcing, implement and further develop innovative sourcing tools, train Recruiters and educate HM + HR on benefits of in-house recruiting

• Talent pipeline & mappings: identify key and hard-to-fill roles and work with TA team in building talent mappings to anticipate hiring needs

• Talent acquisition process: identify and deploy best practices for recruitment and assessment with a focus on operational excellence, competitive and cost-effective recruitment solutions.

• Talent acquisition governance: ensure compliance in workday for all recruiting and onboarding activities

• Onboarding: Ensure seamless onboarding experience to new hires and hiring managers and promote full usage of online onboarding platform.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Experienced Recruiter

• Past experience in recruitment agencies or as headhunter is a plus

• Fluent English and Spanish

• University degree

• Ability to influence and communicate with all levels within the organization, to transform ideas into action and mentor staff

• Strong business acumen, interpersonal savvy, process management, sizing up people and negotiation skills
