The Prime team, part of the Marketing organization, is looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to make an impact on the program in Mexico. The Product Manager must understand the details and drivers of the Prime program in Mexico and globally, owning the product roadmap in Mexico. The Product Manager understands the key opportunities to drive the business, influencing central teams and stakeholders, reporting on metrics, identifying opportunities, supporting results and recommendations with data, and owning key projects.

The role has senior and international exposure across multiple teams, collaborating with Prime and partner teams worldwide to launch new features and products for our customers.

The ideal candidate is metrics-driven with strong ownership, dive deep, and bias for action. The Product Manager is able to work on multiple projects at a time, making the right tradeoffs, and recommending the best course of action. The ideal candidate must be able to deal with ambiguity, be comfortable working with local and international teams and management, showcasing first-class written and verbal communication skills.

Key job responsibilities

  1. You will identify actionable insights and translate them into products or solutions based on analysis of customer feedback and data.

  2. You will work with partner teams and central teams to deliver product launches with high standards.

  3. You will monitor and report on Prime Key Performance Indicators, identifying opportunities and escalating issues early.

  4. You will work cross-functionally with local, regional and global teams to deliver your projects.

  5. You will make product requests based on country's needs, working with owners globally to ensure prioritization of such projects. You will implement those products, diving deep into the metrics once launched, tracking performance and measuring their impact. You will gather learnings and insights and make product improvements.

A day in the life

You will have a backlog of ideas to improve our program, working with central teams to understand their roadmaps, recommend new ideas, and influence such teams. Every week, you will dive deep into our metrics, to ensure our experience delights our customers. You will implement new projects, track performance of existing ones, and be the single-threaded owner of some key projects.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience as a product manager or owner

  • Bachelor's degree or certificate of completion of studies required plus at least 8+ years of professional background

  • Fluent in both, English and Spanish

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
