Amazon's International Emerging Stores Payments team is looking for a Senior Product Leader with extensive Payments and Team Management experience to drive the Payments business strategy for Amazon.com.mx. We are looking for a smart and innovative leader who is self-sufficient and thrives in ambiguity, and can drive results across external partners, internal business teams and technical teams. This position involves regular communication with senior management, therefore effective executive presentation skills are essential.

Key job responsibilities

• Product management and development, working together with technical teams to improve payment operations and customer experience

• Project management, including creating business justifications and functional requirements for product and site features

• Strong data analysis experience, extracting insights that drive business decisions

• Business management, including creating business strategy and managing program metrics

Basic Qualifications

• 12+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

• 6+ years of team management experience

• Bachelor's degree

• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

• Experience with end to end product delivery

• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

• Fluency in Spanish and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience engaging and influencing senior executives

• Experience in Payments or Credit
