Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.

• 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience with defining and delivering software products for developers or enterprise customers.

• Experience leading product management for AI-based products.

• Experience working with products focused on enhancing developers experience.

• Experience leading cross-functional collaboration with UX, engineering, and external clients.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

In this role, you will lead efforts to find new ways to help developers leverage AI to write more efficient, safe, and scalable code. You'll empower developers to unlock new capabilities to transform what they can build and deliver to end users. You'll leverage AI technologies to streamline how individuals collaborate and coordinate. You'll explore opportunities in all aspects of the software development life-cycle, including how developers write code, debug, get help, document, test, deploy, and manage their projects.

• Develop an understanding of the problem space to inform a product idea, and define product requirements.

• Understand host organization needs and gather product insights from usage data and by collaborating with user research.

• Identify, learn, and define the scope of the product for the host organization and articulate what is in scope.

• Own the product life-cycle from ideation to landing/shipping the solution during the Fellowship, in partnership with UX, product marketing, engineering and the client.

• Collaborate with the host organization to determine long-term ownership of the delivered product, and define a maintenance plan for the product over time.
