Overall Objective and Purpose

Project (Design) Mgr: Manages the development and implementation process of a company’s products and services. Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending. Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project i.e. product on schedule and within budget constraints.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Project Management to organize and execute the installation & upgrade of IGT Casino Systems products for our customers in LATAM

• Coordinate with IGT cross-functional teams and customers' stakeholders

• Lead multidisciplinary/multicultural teams and partners (internal and external) - assigned per project

• Availability to Travel within LATAM as needed up to 50%

o Travel to other regions might be eventually needed

• Participate in Internal activities like shows/events and/or processes improvement

• Participate in verbal and written coordination, troubleshooting and other communications in English language

Scope

• Regional for LATAM

• Eventual activities for other regions might be needed

• Frequency and complexity of internal business contacts- High

• Frequency and complexity of external business contacts- High. Meets with existing and potential customers

• Physical (% time: travel, operating machinery, environmental etc.)- Travel up to 50%, might need to handle and operate systems related hardware.

Qualifications

Minimum education

• Bachelor Degree

• English Professional Working Proficiency

Years Experience

• 5 years in a similar position

• Ability to work outside of regular work hours, including weekends and public holidays (based on business developments)
