The Amazon Marketplace Mexico team is looking for a Senior Program Manager. Are you interested in designing and improving our Renewed Selection at Amazon Mexico and improve our Customers Experience? Come work with us!

As a Senior Prooduct Manager, you will need to define and drive a product and feature roadmap that delights customers by improving the Renewed Category, helping the recruitment teams on identifying the best Selling Partners, working with the Account Management team on helping our Selling partners to growth and develop startegies for growing the Selection at Mexico.

Successful candidates will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and should be comfortable with inventing from scratch while thinking about the long term potential of the program. In this position, you will be responsible for shaping, growing and managing the overall program in the MX, working with International teams for bringing the best practices into MX. You will constantly need to look ahead, and have the autonomy to outline the future of the Renewed program.

This is a highly visible position where the candidate will interact at all levels of the Marketplace organization not only in the MX and North America, but also Worldwide.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 8+ years of program or project management experience

  • 6+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

  • Advanced Englisg - written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
