Paramount Music Scheduler (Mexico) in Mexico City, Mexico

We are seeking a Music Scheduler in Mexico City to join the MTV Programming team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Create logs and process videos for Latam and Tr3s.

  • Send videos to standards to request edits and close captions from record labels and PR agencies.

  • Request necessary corrections from record labels for video rotation on channels.

  • Verify song rotation with the legal department and provide necessary information.

  • Request songs from record labels for production use.

  • Coordinate exclusive premieres with labels, programming, and digital assets; manage social media posts for North, Central, and South America.

  • Classify songs by priority level.

  • Ensure monthly "push" achieves the required spins.

  • Send monthly push reports, promos, and vignettes.

  • Communicate with record labels, managers, and agencies in Mexico, USA, and Central America to align priorities and arrange interviews or IDs for the channel.

Requirements :

We are looking for passionate music enthusiasts with an advanced level of English and a strong eagerness to learn. Experience in programming or operational roles within the industry is a plus.Being up-to-date with the latest music trends in LATAM is key to this position.
