As an intern, you will partner with senior HR leaders, HR colleagues and Talent Acquisition to develop and roll-out strategies to develop talent and support organizational and capability. Also, this role has responsibilities supporting HR processes for the HR team and planning HR activities. You will demonstrate analytical capabilities and be able to influence with data-driven recommendations. Amazon is looking for an HR intern who has the ability to proactively plan and design, as well as identify and diagnose issues in order to support solutions.

As an intern, you will be matched to a mentor. In addition to assisting on an impactful project, you will have the opportunity to engage with Amazonians for both personal and professional development, expand your network, and participate in activities with other interns throughout your internship. No matter the location of your internship, we give you the tools to own your project and learn in a real-world setting.

Basic Qualifications

• Are 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end project management

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field

• Experience with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications
