HR Advisor - Mexico City

Office Based (Hybrid)

The role:

As a trusted HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing a range of HR support services to ICON’s internal customers. This is a varied role which offers growth within the HR space, along with your day-to-day responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to work on some great projects.

  • Provide HR support to a wide variety of ICON’s internal teams.

  • Working to an agreed timeline, you will work to resolve and answer any HR related queries to the team.

  • Provide tier 1 support to employees and managers for the day-to-day HR and US benefits administration such as health, dental, vision, spending accounts, leave of absence, disability, retirement, life insurance, wellness, etc.

  • Process benefit enrollment elections in Workday.

  • Collaborate with vendors, payroll and other internal teams to ensure data accuracy regarding member eligibility and enrollment.

  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks such as updating process guideline documents, presenting benefits during new hire orientation and open enrollment in the United States.

​You will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources (preferably)

  • 2 years’ experience within a similar role

  • Organized and detail-oriented

  • Customer focused with a sense of urgency

  • Works collaboratively and using your own initiative

  • Strong knowledge of HRIS and process flows to vendors and payroll.

  • Proficient in MS Excel

  • Advanced English level is a MUST
