AON Frontline Sales Leader in Mexico City, Mexico

What the day will look like

As a Frontline Sales of you will be responsible for:

  • Works closely with Region and Solution Line leaders to identify growth opportunities and develop sales execution strategies.

  • Leads sales for each Solution Line’s product set.

  • Develops the team of sales professionals for the region, including sales roles/teams specific to Solution Lines and/or product areas.

  • Drives sales process in the region; develops and communicates important metrics to supervise activity and success

  • Develops regional sales initiatives to drive sales discipline and culture into the business

  • Provides strategic insight into sales performance, develops strategies and plans that support alternative growth opportunities, and drives a culture of continuous improvement

  • Develops plans to increase revenues and sales team efficiency in alignment with the Aon United Strategy

  • Partners with Marketing and Communications to develop and leverage tools (campaigns, advertising, market analytics, and communications) to deliver better growth

  • Partners with Regional, Sub-Regional and Office leadership to build a community for sales leaders that provides a “voice” in the organization and allows for a forum to share best practices

  • Partners with People organization to lead the regional sales talent acquisition strategy and to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline, including providing input on succession planning, performance management, and compensation models for key sales roles
