Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Sales Compensation Specialist to join our team located in Mexico City

Purpose: Contributes to sales enablement and effectiveness by supporting the integration of industry-leading sales management systems and installing sales enablement tools that ensure the Sales Effectiveness area has access to valuable customer insights and is well-equipped with product and procedural knowledge. Maintains a functional knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, sales channels and pipelines, and consumer decision-making processes in order to identify consumer behaviors and identify engaging sales tactics that support sales enablement objectives.

Essential Duties:

Supports the implementation of strategic sales force effectiveness plans, derived from sales performance goals and business to business (B2B) sales channels, that leverage actionable insights to increase product adoption rates and accelerate sales growth of key strategic accounts

Applies functional knowledge of innovative sales strategies and learning techniques to contribute to the design of sales productivity tools and enablement resources that support the achievement of sales goals, while maintaining focus on overall sales effectiveness objectives.

Analyzes basic, emerging sales systems and innovative sales models by conducting complex sales forecasts, facilitating risk assessments, and performing business impact analyses that inform the adaption of various models.

Contributes to implementing sales performance initiatives and supports in defining scope, allocating resources, and ensuring sales reporting processes, training initiatives, and incentive programs align with departmental performance and organizational priorities.

Develops basic key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of sales processes, training programs, and strategic initiatives.

  • Benchmarks current sales capabilities against industry leading standards and competitors.

Communicates with sales team members to identify optimal sales performance measurements and performance management systems required to improve the organization's competitive positioning.

Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree completed

3 years in similar positions with experience managing sales private/government data(DDD, INEFAM, Distributors, etc), quotas.

Desirable with experience in pharmaceutical industry with High Specialty, Rare Diseases, Oncology, Immunology.

Experience in sales force service. (highly desirable)

Solid communication skills to include verbal, presentation and written capabilities.

Strong attention to detail and technical, report running, dashboards development and analytical abilities.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel(Pivot Tables, Macros) and PowerPoint.

Desirable knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikSense, QlikView, ThoughtSpot, Spotfire, etc), AI/Big Data (Python, BiqQuery, PowerPivot, DataIku, Alteryx, etc)

At least intermediate English level
