FIELD MARKETING CREATIVE DIGITAL MEDIA MANAGER (SHARED SERVICE)

JOB SUMMARY: The Field Marketing Digital Media Manager A creativity manager handles creative projects from beginning to end. They manage the creative agencies that report and work with the Field Marketing & Property Specific teams and ensure every part of the development and creation process runs smoothly. Responsible for monitoring the multiple services and projects developed for the Field Marketing team. Ensure it remains within the brand standards or maintains the creative vision, it set out to accomplish for every property specific. Ensures to understand of every brand, communication, look and feel to adapt Global Brand Standards to Property Specific Standards. Includes overseeing and managing all the aesthetic and functional pieces of a project, ensuring each discipline (Connectivity between Field Marketing, Above Property & Brand team) comes together and operates smoothly from start to finish.

This role will report directly to Director Operations Field Marketing.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required. College degree in Marketing or equivalent in Marketing, Communications or related- preferred

• 2+ years of experience in equivalent position, previous focus on digital marketing/digital agency experience, must have Paid Media expertise

• 1+ years managerial experience preferred, leading a team or a project

• Prior experience in the field of marketing or marketing services support, digital marketing, restaurant/bar marketing, and social media experience preferred

• Demonstrated ability to balance the interests and demands of multiple stakeholders.

• Quick learner with ability to gain a solid understanding of existing regional media distribution channels and sales tools, while maintaining pulse on what is new and next in digital media strategy.

• Strong customer service orientation is required; prior experience or knowledge of ad exchanges and demand-side platforms (DSPs), digital media and online distribution.

• Excellent communication skills, demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.

• Organized, detail-oriented and deadline sensitive; takes initiative and anticipates needs.

• Fluency of English and Spanish required – Portuguese a plus. International working experience strongly preferred

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

  • Responsible for relations with multiple creative agencies such as DDB Colombia, SQM, The Apes, or any new agency that accomplishes needs for the Field Marketing team (All the proposals & agreements that involve Field Marketing would need to work first with the Creativity Services Manager)

  • Align Brand Standards for each Brand segment, cascade information to the different creative agencies

  • Constant & direct communication between Field Marketing & Regional Brand teams: Communicate & adapt guidelines into property-specific

  • Creative Designer: In specific cases, it will be the responsibility to support the team and develop assets for last-minute or special campaigns for paid media

  • Creativity Strategy: Analyze trends, adapt to Field Marketing communication, align with the agencies, and special advisory sessions with Account Managers to better understand needs and communication in the multiple regions, segments & brands.

  • Creativity Advisory: Co-work with digital paid media to analyze results based on creativity performance of Paid Media campaigns

  • Ad Builder: Responsible for managing the special creativity projects from the HQ team such as AdBuilder.

  • Perform other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.

  • Responds to ad-hoc requests.

  • Work with the creative agencies on the day-to-day process: Issues, follow-ups, creative exceptions, ADHOC projects, agency & field marketing way of work

  • Assist and support ADOMs on special creativity projects that requires to work with the creative agencies

  • Develop special presentations for the Senior Director, ADOMs in Field Marketing, & special projects for Paid Media

  • Bi-monthly calls with the different regions in Field Marketing to share creative trends, and suggestions in the creative development & way of work with the area

  • R&B: Creative recommendations & advisory on the communication and assets strategy

  • HQ Projects: The lead to sharing the needs of the property specific & responsible of creatives development for the different properties in Field Marketing in case AdBuilder is released officially.

  • Co-work with the Account Managers in pre-briefing photo shooting for the properties focus on Paid Media & Advertising

  • Monthly Calls with specific Account Managers that required special support or are having challenges on creativity and management of assets

  • Training & Development: Constant courses & training workshops specialized on creativity & communication strategy

  • Responsible for developing an asset library with curated content for properties focused on Paid Media campaigns & control & process of stock photography (GettyImages or Shutterstock)

  • Responsible of billing management from the different creative agencies & customized projects
