Quad Associate CRM Marketing in Mexico City, Mexico

The CRM Marketing Associate will support the execution of the Marketing team’s strategic roadmap, specifically supporting our target audience and reporting for our ABM strategy. The Marketing Database Associate /CRM Marketing Associate will implement best practices in marketing database management to improve data integrity as well as manage Rise’s audience segmentation and assist with the paid media targeting processes. This person will bring strong analytical skills and an attitude of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance our target audiences and the reach of the Rise brand. This individual will also be a power user of our CRM and other reporting tools, as they’ll be responsible for collecting data from multiple sources to create reports and present trends and insights to inform how the ABM strategy is performing. The Associate will report into the Associate Manager, New Business.

This role provides an exciting opportunity to understand, evaluate, and manage account-based marketing programs and influence future strategies based on data and results. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to time-sensitive tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Target Audience database management working with Rise’s CRM Salesforce, Pardot, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Google Analytics, Leadfeeder, and other tech on a daily basis

  • Implement a process for keeping the integrity of our data by cleaning outdated information, sourcing new records into our CRM and merging duplicate records.

  • Learn, understand, and analyze our Target Account list including research, discovery of new companies and key contacts at these companies, and making recommendations for improvement

  • Extract insights from campaign data, identify relevant trends and provide well developed proactive recommendations to enhance and exceed overall marketing goals and objectives

  • Be comfortable working with large data sets to report on audience performance and our ABM program by compiling data from a variety of sources (email, website, paid media, etc)

  • Create ad-hoc reports and presentations for the Leadership team by identifying and understand marketing’s goals in order to autonomously create reports and share valuable insights

  • Provide support with the implementation of new technology improvements as part of our first-party data project.

  • Build, improve and standardize processes and resources for the Marketing team

  • Assist in selection and integration of new technology resources into the Marketing team tech stack

  • Support the associate manager with our marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards

    Required Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Fluent in English: written and spoken with strong communication skills

  • Excellent proficiency of Excel / Google Sheets

  • In-depth knowledge of database management and reporting tools

  • Good understanding of Pivot Tables, Google Data Studio, BigQuery, Tableau or similar

  • High competency level in Salesforce, Google Apps Suite (including Gmail, Google Docs, Google Data Studio, etc.), as well as Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel

  • Highly-analytical and data-driven

  • Deadline oriented and creative problem-solver

  • Results- and detail-oriented

  • Flexible and able to quickly adapt to new situations

  • Strategic and creative thinking – always focusing on innovative, but measurable client solutions

  • Account Based Marketing experience is a plus and digital marketing experience preferred

  • Knowledge of Pardot, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator or Leadfeeder is a plus
