Apply your knowledge and desire to learn, to enable the LATAM LEGO brand and trade marketing team to deliver outstanding results for the region.

*This is a temporary position of approximately 1 year based on business needs. *

Core Responsibilities

  • Purchase Order creation and payment follow up until goods receipt evidencecreation

  • Management of Coupa, MRM Light and MRM (internal tools) to keep PO creation and payments requisitions aligned as well as budget uploads in the system every month for review and validation.

  • Accounting marketing expenses for monthly and annual conciliations

  • Follow-up customers’ payments with procurement to approve POs and specific projects.

  • Product, material orders and deliveries to partners and marketing / trade marketing warehouse inventory management.

  • Assets traffic, system access for assets management to coordinate translations with suppliers and send to partners and/or keyaccounts

  • Support in Portuguesetranslations

  • Responsible for managing the payment process of products andservices

  • Accounting process management with Finance and Marketing validations to ensure accuracy in monthly and annualclosures

  • Vendors documentation and contracts administration and support in set up for both marketing and trade marketing

  • Support in product, assets, materials and modelslogisticsand traffic from the LEGO Group to vendors,partnersand/orcustomers

You will be joining the LATAM Brand/Trade Marketing team in the LEGO Mexico offices. This teamis responsible for:

  • Creating and fostering consumer demand in LATAM markets by converting consumer, shopper and market insights into compelling, creative, and innovative marketing programs thatremaingrounded in a strong commercial understanding andfocus

  • End-to-end marketing planning and execution from input into campaign development to execution with Trade Marketing and Sales across our different channels

  • Brand and category business planning and analysis whilemonitoringexternal competitive environment.

There isa strong teamculture with a learning mentality. Team members often get involved in core projects outside brand management to further their personal development.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Analytical skills and comfort working with large data sets to distillinsights

  • Strong communicationskills both verbally and in writing and comfortable in presenting complexideas

  • Ability to work with a wide network of partners and support a team environment while collaborating to achieve jointgoals

  • Willingness to learn and work supporting ateam

  • Proficient Microsoft software knowledge

  • Experience from within the toy,familyor gaming industry and/or digital/eCommerce experience a strong plus!

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting and administrationpreferred

  • English – Advanced
