What you will do:

  • Supports management and deployment of the CORE Operating System at all Site Organization levels with initiatives to improve processes

  • Trains and develops change leaders for the Company and empowers all employees to drive process improvements every day

  • Leads, participates or facilitates CORE Engagements (kaizen events)

  • Oversees individual CORE certifications (internal)

  • Partnering with Manufacturing Cells and Functional Departments to ensure CORE tools implementation.

  • Define metrics structure and periodic monitoring of them in order to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Ensures and enables CORE Site maturity assessments. Recommends process and procedural changes to ensure that company objectives in the areas of safety, people, quality, delivery, cost, and efficiency are met.

  • You will learn about different pieces of the company, as we provide support to all areas, we have the opportunity to interact with all employees at all organization levels, and while we teach and support them about CORE tools, we learn from them and their processes. This give s us a more strategic vision of the company.

    Qualifications you must have :

  • Typically requires University Degree in industrial engineering or related field/ similar and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience .

  • Proficient conversational and written English required , needs to be able to efficiently communicate both in person and in reports/via email.

  • 4-5 years' experience in (Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence)

  • Strong knowledge of continuous improvement approaches (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of contemporary problem-solving tools and techniques .

  • Ability to operate independently within a tight deadline environment.

  • Manage cross-functional teams

  • Good communication & presentation skills

  • Office skills (Excel, Power point, Word)
