Is responsible for assisting in the development of new product projects and/or changes to existing products by studying and supervising their manufacturability and the allocation of the necessary and/or requested materials, equipment, tools and documents in the factory, as well as coordinating the efforts of multifunctional teams.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Create and maintain documentation required for successful implementation of new products, with manufacturing considerations, schematic equipment, assembly and operation procedures.

• Performs Failure Modes and Specific Analysis (FMEA) processes, Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) for new product proposals.Prepare and submit appropriation requisitions.

• Participate in annual physical inventory.

• Evaluate production costs and participate in evaluation of materials and suppliers involved.

• Experience in coordinating multifunctional teams.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

• Have completed a degree in engineering and/or related degree

• Management of Microsoft Project

• 3-5 years of experience in the role
