Robert Half is seeking a Wholesale Order Assistant you will be responsible for managing and processing wholesale orders from initial receipt to final delivery. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, review, and process wholesale orders accurately and efficiently.

• Verify order details, including pricing, product availability, and shipping information.

• Enter orders into the company’s order management system.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for wholesale customers regarding order status, product information, and other inquiries.

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.

  Requirements

• Previous experience in order processing, customer service, or a related role, preferably in a wholesale or distribution environment.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with order management systems.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
