What You’ll Do

We are seeking a seasoned Principal Software Developer with extensive experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), and Process Cloud Service (PCS). As a Technical Lead and Senior Developer, you will be responsible for driving solution design, leading development projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of customer engagements.

You have that rare combination—a sharp technical brain and a head for business. You’ll use this to help customers achieve real-world success with our products. We also look for:

• Lead and participate in hands-on development for Oracle OIC, VBCS, and PCS projects

• Design solutions for customer engagements, focusing on UI and integration (OIC) space

• Develop SaaS extensions using VBCS, OIC, and ORDS, with at least 5 project implementations

• Utilize inherent tools and technologies of SaaS applications, such as FBDI, BIP, ADFDI, Applications Composer, and Page Integration

• Leverage expertise in Oracle Visual Builder Studio, including build and release, systems integration, Agile methodologies, and project estimation/planning

• Configure SSO PaaS extensions with Fusion SaaS

• Drive detailed design processes based on customer requirements

• Utilize and understand OCI architecture, serverless functions, API Gateway, and object storage

• Conduct design reviews to provide guidance and quality assurance, ensuring adherence to best practices and frameworks

• Incorporate experience with SOA, OSB, ODI, and BPM as beneficial skills

• Build projects from scratch, demonstrating the ability to manage and develop entire projects independently

• Oversee the rollout of large projects, managing multiple phased releases or country-specific deployments to production

Required Skills/Experience

What You’ll Bring

• Over 9 years of relevant IT experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle OIC, VBCS, and PCS-based implementations

• Proven experience in leading technical teams and driving solution design

• Successful completion of at least 5 projects developing SaaS extensions using VBCS, OIC, and ORDS

• Experience building at least one project from scratch and rolling out three large projects to production
