Job Description

Danfoss Climate Solutions is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic student worker to join our Product Management team in Digital Services. As our new student worker, you will support the Product Owner and Software Engineers with various tasks including data analysis, customer support, incident verification, client onboarding, documentation & marketing material creation.

Work will be based out of our central Mestre office.

Job Responsibilities

You will get the opportunity to take part in a variety of tasks and your main responsibilities will be:

  • Assisting with manual testing

  • Processing qualitative data

  • Creating feature documentation and videos

  • Analysis of incidents with the capacity to investigate and resolve

  • Customize and configure software for new customer onboarding

  • Scripting and automation of processes to be used in solving incidents and improvement of daily flows. 

  • Work with the Development Team and have a clear overview of items being developed and bug fixing status.

This part-time position will provide valuable experience in software development methodologies, tools, and product management. Additionally, you will:

  • Work with experienced professionals in a dynamic environment.

  • Have a flexible work schedule to accommodate academic commitments.

  • Contribute to real-world software projects.

Background & Skills

Preferably you are in the process of completing or have just embarked a bachelor within Business Development, Design, Innovation, Software Development, Computer Science or similar. Furthermore, you have/are:

  • A strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.

  • Good English written and verbal communication skills.

  • Able to work as part of a team.

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Available to work on-site in our Mestre office, alongside the PO.

Theaverage workload is expected to be 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility in exam periods.
