Join Our Team as a Fleet Mechanic!

Location: Mesquite, TX

Pay Rate: $25.65 per hour

Work Hours: Mon-Fri, either 2pm-10pm or 10pm-6am

What You'll Do:

• Work Independently: Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and repairs with a high degree of autonomy.

• Utilize High-Tech Tools: Leverage the latest technology, including PM voice applications, Noregon diagnostics, Mitchell 1, Uptake predictive analytics, and TAAS.

• Diverse Fleet Experience: Work on a wide range of fleet equipment, from automobiles and light trucks to heavy-duty trucks, vans, and forklifts.

• Diagnose and Repair: Identify vehicle issues, disassemble components, repair, and reassemble parts with precision.

• Keep Records: Maintain detailed documentation and records such as vehicle logs and pre-trip checklists.

• Routine Maintenance: Perform essential tasks like oil and filter changes to keep our fleet in top condition.

• Service Calls: Respond promptly to service calls and ensure our vehicles are always ready to hit the road.

What We Need from You:

• Tools: Must have your own basic hand tools. We provide the high-tech equipment!

• Flexibility: Shifts may vary based on business needs.

• Physical Ability: Able to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and reaching.

• Age: Must be at least 18 years old.

• Forklift Skills: Able to pass a Forklift Driving Skills test (if applicable).

• Mechanical Expertise: Knowledge of gas and diesel repair, hydraulic and air brake systems, and internal combustible engines.

• Preventative Maintenance: Experience with preventative maintenance practices.

Pay Details: $25.65 per hour
