Inbound Customer Service Representative at SMART Customer Solutions

We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Acceptable attendance at current and previous work history is mandatory and will be verified. Maintaining attendance while in this position is critical in order to maintain your position with SMART.

Basic job responsibilities include:

  • Managing large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner and effectively answering questions

{=html} <!-- --> - Identifying customers needs, clarify information, research each issue and provide solutions

{=html} <!-- --> - Strong active listening skills

{=html} <!-- --> - Process payments and amounts correctly

{=html} <!-- --> - Ability to operate in a fast pace, multi-tasking environment with deadlines - Pro-Actively provide solutions to both internal team and externally to customers
