Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $55300 - $74600 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality and performance standards for all phases of food aervice operations, including food production methods and menu concepts

  • Supervise team members, manage labor costs through CBA bidding, and ensure proper staffing levels based on attendance and planning numbers

  • Maintain product rotation, source new menu concepts, and create and develop menu items, beverage lists, and pricing strategies

  • Oversee P&L accountability and manage capital budgets for equipment replacement and remodeling

  • Coordinate maintenance, including preventative care, for kitchen and food preparation equipment

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required, Associate’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage operations with a minimum of 2 years of management experience

  • Serve Safe certification, Food Managers certification required or obtained in the first 30 days of employment.

  • HACCP certification preferred.

  • Multi-unit F&B experience required.

  • MS Excel knowledge required.

  • Knowledge of accounting and cost controls.

  • Ability to manage afast paced environment with a focus on guest service.
