We are looking for a strong technical leader to lead a software and algorithm development team within the Electronic Systems Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions Business Area. You will be responsible for the execution of system activities for the program and supporting the product line. As a lead, you help advance open architecture usage and MBSE for the program.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Demonstrated ability to develop, lead, and motivate technical teams.

• Experience leading software or systems program teams.

• Secret Security Clearance (active within the past two years).

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, or related field, and minimum of 8 years of work experience or Master s Degree in engineering, or related field and 6 years of work experience.

• Extensive background in embedded and/or application development.

• Experience with systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools.

• Experience with modern engineering techniques, such as Model Based Engineering, Agile, DevSecOps, Containerization, etc.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Experience developing systems for countermeasure and electronic attack solutions products, including electro-optic sensors and systems.

• Strong closing skills

• Strong communication skills

• Modeling and simulation experience

• Embedded software development

• Full lifecycle development experience

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $126610 - $215270

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
