BAE Systems is seeking a Program Control Analyst II with strong analytical and interpersonal skills to join the Program Finance team in the Integrated Survivability (ISS) product line within the Countermeasure and Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA) Business Area. This is a Hybrid work environment for on-site support in Merrimack, New Hampshire. The individual in this role will be working in a hybrid capacity , splitting their time between the Merrimack office, and remote . This role will be for LIMWS Sustainment programs as well as Ground Vehicle development work and will interface with a diverse program team that is co-located in various regions of the US. The candidate for this role will be the trusted business partner to program stakeholders, providing analysis and management of financial requirements to support program execution and decision-making focused on minimizing risk and maximizing return of program profit. Responsibilities

  • Serving as a full business partner to the program teams

  • Creating, maintaining, and monitoring program baselines utilizing Earned Value Management or another appropriate method.

  • Supporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting requirements

  • Analyzing program financial performance, and estimates at completion, and developing financial forecasts

  • Reviewing and monitoring program risks and opportunities, such as cost overruns and scheduling delays

  • Collaborating with the contracts department for funding, billings, collections, and other contractual items

  • Contributing program team member at meetings and reviews

  • Interfacing with customers

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related degree / equivalent experience

  • 2 years of professional experience in a corporate finance setting.

  • Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment with ability to meet time sensitive deadlines

  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse work teams

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, in particular Excel

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Previous experience in Program Control

  • Experience with project forecasting and analysis, including program costs, revenue recognition, profit, cash, and collections

  • Capability to communicate and present financial data to other functions in an accurate and understandable manner

  • Familiarity with Oracle, Hyperion/Smartview, ProPricer, Iportal, and Cobra

  • Familiarity with Material Reporting System (MRS), Direct Material Forecast Report (DMFR), Dataview and other factory reporting

  • Familiarity in EVMS both procedures and systems

  • General knowledge of industry practices and standards

  • Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $64130 - $109010

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
