Description We are in the market for a meticulous Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Meridian, Idaho. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for processing invoices for payments, auditing expense reports, and using a variety of accounting software systems. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process invoices for payments in a timely and accurate manner

• Conduct regular audits on expense reports to ensure their accuracy and compliance

• Utilize MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and MS Dynamics 365 Business Central for various accounting functions

• Prepare for a potential transition to Oracle within the next year

• Utilize knowledge of Account Coding and Enterprise Resource Planning to streamline processes

• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions

• Ensure all accounting functions align with established policies and regulations

• Respond to and resolve any inquiries related to accounts payable

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Coding is a must

• Experience with Accounting Software Systems is required

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary

• Understanding of Accounting Functions is crucial

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) is needed

• Proficiency in MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is required

• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus
