Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Monitor the department Orders in box.

• Responsible to make sure customer order gets entered in a timely manner.

• Works with other departments as necessary to get answers needed to finalize orders while maintain ownership of processing the order

• Interface with distributors and representatives on missing order information.

• Coordinate with warehouse and assembly, shipping to insure on time delivery of orders to the customer

• Prepare internal reports as required

Qualifications:

• Superior organizational and analytical skills

• Able to multi task, keep to schedules and deadlines

• Ability to work independently and be team focused

• Strong computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Internet

• SAP experience preferred.

• Bachelor of Science degree preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting up to 25 pounds

• Typing.
