Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Monitor the department Orders in box.
Responsible to make sure customer order gets entered in a timely manner.
Works with other departments as necessary to get answers needed to finalize orders while maintain ownership of processing the order
Interface with distributors and representatives on missing order information.
Coordinate with warehouse and assembly, shipping to insure on time delivery of orders to the customer
Prepare internal reports as required

Qualifications:
Superior organizational and analytical skills
Able to multi task, keep to schedules and deadlines
Ability to work independently and be team focused
Strong computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Internet
SAP experience preferred.
Bachelor of Science degree preferred
Physical Requirements:
Lifting up to 25 pounds
Typing.
