In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and taxation requirements. Proficiency in construction accounting software (e.g., Procore, Sage Intacct) and ERP systems. Advanced Excel skills are essential. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
