Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a File Clerk in Merced, California. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining files, creating a filing system, and handling paperwork. This role is in the telecom industry, where you will be an important part of our team, ensuring that our filing system is efficiently managed.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage an efficient filing system

• Create new files as required

• File paperwork in existing files accurately

• Keep track of all documents and files

• Ensure all files are accessible and easy to locate

• Utilize e-Filing systems when necessary

• Handle paper filing tasks diligently

• Respond to inquiries regarding file information

• Regularly update and maintain the filing system

• Ensure the confidentiality and security of all files. Requirements

• Proficiency in using e-Filing systems

• Demonstrated ability to organize and manage physical and digital files

• Familiarity with standard office filing practices

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in using standard office equipment such as photocopiers and scanners

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
