Job Description As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the primary post-sale point of contact for our customers. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of our customers industry, business processes, and the product being sold to drive and increase the adoption and utilization of our cyber services. You will work in a hybrid environment, and will report to the Director of Customer Success, Verve. What You Will Do: Be the Subject Matter Expert by providing internal and external expertise in dashboarding, data visualization, and data interpretation. Develop client dashboards and visualizations including the design and implementation of dashboards that align with clients\' short-term objectives and long-term strategic goals. Deliver customer training, educating Verve customers on product features, functionalities, and best practices for optimal usage. Create automated reports and alerts by developing scheduled reports and alerting mechanisms based on client expectations and project requirements. Support client data troubleshooting including being responsible for training clients on building dashboards and visualizations while assisting in resolving data-related issues. Collaborate with Product Development by engaging with the Verve development team to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new feature development. Enhance customer offerings by leveraging expertise in platform data to explore innovative ways to improve the customer experience. Work with clients through in-person meetings, phone calls, and written communication to develop solutions, address challenges, and provide progress updates.
