POSITION Manage and grow all aspects of institutional consultant relationships among mid, large, and global consultants located in the Southeastern US. Interact with consultants to establish and activate ratings, manage existing shared clients, develop investment strategy, review account performance, proactively identify new solutions, and share market developments. Develop a broad and deep understanding of consultants\' priorities, needs, and challenges and work to meet those needs by leveraging the capabilities of the entire firm. RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with sales colleagues, portfolio managers, product specialists, client relations, and senior management to manage all service, sales, and support activities for assigned consultants Establish, retain, and improve the quality, breadth, and depth of consultant relationships in territory to position Allspring for success Identify and influence decision makers at the highest level of global and top tier consultant organizations Build, maintain, and execute upon complex and detailed distribution plans for assigned consultants to grow Allspring AUM Identify and act on sales and service opportunities that...
