Construction Superintendent/Manager

Location: Menomonee Falls, WI

Duration: Permanent/Direct Hire

Salary : 95-115k dependent on experience

Hybrid work environment

Job Responsibilities:

• Foster relationships with internal and external team members.

• Monitor the on-site construction activities for rental housing communities which include workforce housing, market rate, and build to rent projects.

• Make important decisions for the successful completion of developments.

• Negotiate construction contracts and change orders with review by legal and your leader.

• Work with a variety of internal and external sources and clients to ensure that projects are completed according to plans.

• Ensure plans meet prototype requirements and are cost-effective meeting our brand values.

• Prepare conceptual estimates, complete plan reviews, and complete the bidding process for assigned projects.

• Achieve a high level of execution on projects that meet time, budget, and quality standards for our brands.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in project management for construction projects.

• Bachelors degree in relevant field preferred.

• Experience in budgeting and completing projects on time.
