This role will be pivotal in nurturing partnerships, developing impactful programs, and assessing outcomes to uphold the ongoing success and expansion of our career readiness initiatives. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: Experience in K-12 education, community outreach, or workforce development, particularly in healthcare settings, preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Bachelors degree in Education, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field, required. Masters degree, preferred. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders including students, educators, healthcare professionals, and community leaders.
