JOB REQUIREMENTS: Machinist/Grinder Summary: Reich Tool & Design is seeking a skilled Metal Grinder to work 2nd shift in our Menomonee Falls facility off of Technology Dr. and Silver Spring Dr. This position will plan and perform difficult machine set-ups and operations to produce a wide variety of intricately designed parts. Perform simple die changes, sharpening and prototypes. Machinist/Surface Grinder Responsibilities: -Support complex machine set-ups and operations to produce a wide variety of intricately designed parts. -Proficiently operate toolroom machines based on specifications from drawings. Must be proficient in Bridgeports, wet grinders, dry grinders, etc. -Comply with quality, safety, and sanitation regulations. -Update all required paperwork and documentation. -Other duties as assigned by Project Managers Post offer drug screen and Background Check.
