JOB REQUIREMENTS: CNC Milling Specialist Summary: Reich Tool & Design is seeking a skilled CNC Milling Specialist to work 1st or 2nd shift in our Menomonee Falls facility off of Technology Dr. and Silver Spring Dr. This position is responsible for the set-up, operation, and running components through the CNC machine(s) per print. Qualified candidates will have former programming experience using Gibbs Cam or comparable programming software. CNC Milling Specialist Responsibilities: - Ability to program with current software and how to double check a program after it\'s completed. - Ability to work with models and 2D geometry in tandem to program a part; how to model and rework models in our programming software. - Post programs to the shop floor machines and make minor changes using our current CAM software, if needed. - Ability to design and draw up CNC holding fixtures for the parts being machined. - Plan the job, determine cutting sequences, develop holding and chucking fixtures, adjust feeds and speeds and cut depths and select appropriate cutting tools using the print part, sketches or verbal description of the part to be made. - Proficient in the operation of various machines; set tools, make adjustments to offsets, produce variety of close tolerance parts per print; little supervision required. - Position and secure work piece(s) in machine; position tools in relationship to work piece; double check the programs during operation.
