Position’s Contributions to Work Group: - Position would have coverage over high volume assembly supporting operations addressing safety, quality, velocity, and cost metrics. This individual would be responsible for project management, continuous improvement project implementations and root cause analysis. Typical Day in the Role • Typical task breakdown and rhythm • Interaction level with team • Work environment description Typical task breakdown: - Design/Develop new tooling, equipment improvements, investigate any quality issues and develop corrective actions, Etc. Interaction with team: - Discuss improvements/projects with direct team and operations. They will be working with both internal CAT team and external suppliers. Work environment: - Manufacturing facility 30%, Office 70%
