Description

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Copy Clerk in Menlo Park, California. This role revolves around handling work requests from clients, managing multiple projects, and ensuring adherence to formatting standards. The successful candidate will be a proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite and will be responsible for document production, proofreading, and quality assurance.

In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our daily processes, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our team members.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate workflow within the team, prioritizing tasks and delegating work requests to associates.

• Process and manage incoming job requests according to established policies and procedures, ensuring client needs are met.

• Monitor workflow to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, accurately, and within deadlines.

• Communicate effectively with internal and external clients regarding job status and deadlines.

• Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation.

• May include tasks specific to your location, such as mail distribution, copy services, or hospitality.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced office environment with a strong focus on organization and prioritization.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities effectively.
