Required Skills:

Technical Program Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Articulate the technology, requirements, goals and milestones of technical projects.

  2. Determine who the customers are, and communicate technical requirements.

  3. Identify product needs in technically complex areas and the scope of the requirements.

  4. Analyze complex, long-term, critical infrastructure problems.

  5. Influence product decisions.

  6. Partner with engineering to lay out the roadmap for technical projects using software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, and technical product and program management.

  7. Collaborate on cross-functional software engineering projects.

  8. Work with Engineering, Product Management, and other cross-functional teams on project execution.

  9. Operate autonomously across these teams and use effective communication when working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products.

  10. Use analytical and problem solving skills with large scale systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer and Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field and 4 years of experience In the job offered or related occupation. Foreign equivalent accepted.

  6. Data Anonymization and Minimization

  7. User Research and User Experience

  10. Product/ Technology/ Process Design and Development

  11. System Design and Architecture

  12. API Development

  13. Python

  14. SQL

  15. Program/ Project Management

  16. Data Analysis, Metrics, and Measurement and

  17. Go-to-Market Strategy/ Product Launch.

Public Compensation:

$216,356/year to $226,600/year + bonus + equity + benefits
