Instagram is seeking an experienced new addition to our Strategic Product and Planning, Media Partnerships team to lead strategy development, go to market planning and execution coordination across sports, entertainment, news and public figures in key target markets around the world. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of data-driven strategy development and execution in new, complex digital media ecosystems, and experience working with product teams. This is a full-time position located in our San Francisco or MPK office.

Required Skills:

  1. Partner deeply with Instagram Product to represent the needs and voice of our global partnership base across all regions and verticals

  2. Collaborate and execute upon go-to-market partnership plans with key stakeholders across Partnerships, Product, and cross-functional leadership teams

  3. Lead projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research and strategy development

  4. Execute in an intense, fast-paced, and highly iterative environment

  5. Represent, support, and enable a global team of partner managers working with an audience of the most impactful partners in media and entertainment

  6. Help define and implement new processes to help our growing team increase their impact and work more efficiently with partners

  7. Lead development and monitoring of team goal setting process, investigation on key areas of opportunity, and other central team planning functions for Instagram media partnerships

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years experience in partnerships, operations, strategic planning and go-to-market execution, or product management in a media & technology environment

  2. Experience working cross-functionally with leadership in developing and executing plans

  3. Experience defining, developing and leading programs

  4. Experience in communication, collaboration and relationship-building and experience developing working relationships

  5. Experience in organizational and analytical in requirements gathering, resource organization, and schedule development

  6. Knowledge in Facebook’s strategic and competitive position as well as the markets
