They are seeking an Accounting Manager to join their passionate finance team and partners. Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial records for various GP entities.

• Monitor carry grants, vesting schedules, terminations, and allocations.

• Calculate and report performance carry balances on a quarterly basis.

• Manage GP distributions and coordinate with fund teams and brokers.

• Oversee the quarter-end and annual financial statements for management companies.

• Prepare quarterly reports, perform flux analysis, and allocate net fee income.

• Supervise external accounting and invoice processing.

• Lead the internal budget process, track financial results, and review them with team leads.

• Review and approve vendor invoices, manage expense policies, and handle corporate credit cards.

• Ensure financial systems meet reporting requirements.

  Requirements

• 8+ years of accounting in Venture Capital or Private Equity

• Ideally public and private experience

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance

• Comfortable in a hands-on role, contributing to accounting close and annual audits

• Advanced Excel modeling skills; experience with ERP systems like Investran, Intacct, QuickBooks a plus
