Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description
As a Project Manager in the Design and Construction department, you'll be overseeing the day-to-day management of programming, planning, design, construction, and activation of small projects under the general supervision of the Director. Your duties will include acting as a liaison between client/users and all other project participants including consultants, contractors, vendors, and outside jurisdictional agencies. You'll be responsible for assessing, documenting, and implementing project scope and program, ensuring projects meet all program objectives, governmental regulations, and hospital criteria. In addition, you'll manage the process of furnishing and equipment selection, purchasing, and installation; oversee the review and approval process for all design work and project budgets; and handle the selection process and contract negotiations for consultants, contractors, and vendors. You'll also prepare and maintain accurate project records/files, and cost estimates, and provide leadership and supervision to assigned consultants.

Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Menlo Park, California and some days remote.
Work Environment
You'll be based in an offsite facility in Menlo Park, working alongside a team that includes EHS group, Facilities, Maintenance, and Construction. This department, known as Site Support Services, is responsible for overseeing all offsite clinics. While the role is a hybrid one, there is an expectation of being onsite 3 days a week.
