Meta Product Marketing Lead - Conversion Experiences in Menlo Park, California

Summary:

We’re seeking an experienced leader to help empower people and businesses to connect and create economic value. The Product Marketing Lead, Conversion Experiences will support a portfolio of products that help e-commerce businesses be successful on Meta apps. This includes foundational seller tools and products that underpin commerce and help businesses onboard and manage their Shop, find success with Meta-differentiators, and deliver seamless purchase experiences to buyers.The ideal candidate will have experience closely partnering with product and sales leaders on developing portfolio-level product strategies across technical enterprise business tools, and will be responsible for leading a team of product marketers that influence product development and lead go-to-market strategy. This leader will need to be an experienced, hands-on operational manager who is able to execute against business objectives while growing and developing individuals. Excellent strategic thinking skills, cross-functional leadership, analytical and communication skills, ability to lead and influence multiple concurrent projects, and comfort with ambiguity are a must.

Required Skills:

Product Marketing Lead - Conversion Experiences Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, manage and grow a high-performing business product marketing team across US offices

  2. Drive multi-year product strategies at the portfolio level and shepherd product development across ideation, alpha, beta and launch, working with Product, Engineering, Marketing Communications, and other cross-functional partners to bring our products to market

  3. Serve as a go-to contact with executive management of partner, product, sales, communications, and marketing organizations and independently develop relationships

  4. Lead product and engineering teams to deeply understand and build empathy for our global customers through market research, data, customer insights and stories. Inspire our teams to bring customers to the center of every product and feature we launch

  5. Partner with cross-functional team leaders to develop go-to-market plans globally and quarterback launches to drive adoption of our advertising solutions

  6. Effectively communicate across the organization and execute on priorities with agility to evolve with business needs

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree

  2. 10+ years professional experience in technology, advertising, digital marketing industry or in management consulting working with these verticals

  3. Product marketing or Product Management experience in the web technology sector, with experience contributing at strategic, operational and tactical levels

  4. Experience presenting to large groups/executives

  5. Experience mentoring and leading a diverse team across offices

  6. Track record of influencing behavior at variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional leaders

  7. Experience working collaboratively and cross-functionally with an array of internal and external teams

  1. 2+ years experience leading teams in a management capacity

  2. Masters degree (MS/MBA)

  3. Experience in e-commerce and/or advertising technology

  4. Experience selecting, attracting, motivating, retaining, and developing team members

  5. Experience appraising the strengths and weaknesses of team members and building a strong, diverse team that complements each other to achieve outstanding results

  6. Experience illustrating high-accountability in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace

Public Compensation:

$189,000/year to $258,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
