Summary:

As Meta’s datacenter infrastructure grows rapidly in scope and scale the increased technical complexity and velocity of new product introductions requires exceptional organization and integration of activities across numerous internal and external teams and manufacturing sites.Meta’s Infrastructure organization is seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Product Introduction Program Manager to act as the single threaded program owner across the Supply Chain organization to navigate dynamic & ambiguous development environments, bring clarity and alignment, identify critical path and blockers and manage risks to drive successful on-time and on-quality NPI delivery of Meta’s highest-priority AI, compute, storage & network hardware across our global data center footprint.This position will work closely with external manufacturing partners and Meta internal stakeholders including AI & Hardware Engineering, Technical Program Management, Manufacturing Operations, and all Supply Chain functions.

Required Skills:

NPI Program Manager, Infrastructure Supply Chain Responsibilities:

1. As single-threaded owner for Meta’s Supply Chain organization, apply hands-on program management skills and techniques to drive overall schedule, build & test readiness, factory readiness, risk management, internal and external escalations, and program communications to achieve on-time and on-quality execution of NPI builds for AI, compute, storage and network hardware programs.

2. Act as primary liaison between Meta’s Supply Chain organization and all internal and external partners for covered programs.

3. Drive build readiness including all Supply Chain deliverables and daily build issue debug cadence across Meta’s Supply Chain and internal and external engineering and manufacturing partners.

4. Drive test readiness, infrastructure, development and milestones with internal and external test engineering and manufacturing partners.

5. Own program risk identification, mitigation, management and communication across Meta’s Supply Chain organization.

6. Drive factory ramp readiness with internal and external engineering and manufacturing partners.

7. Own overall program communication strategy and execution across Meta’s supply chain organization and internal and external partners.

8. Own and drive program escalations across Meta internal and external teams and partners.

9. Identify operational pain points and improvement opportunities across internal and external processes and workflows and drive improvements across multiple teams and functions.

Minimum Qualifications:

10. Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience.

11. Technical background in engineering or manufacturing in the computer, server, or consumer electronics space.

12. 10+ years of relevant work experience with computer hardware manufacturing, shop floor control, supply chain execution, and manufacturing testing and product lifecycle management tools and processes.

13. Demonstrated expertise in program management including program kickoff, stakeholder influence & strategy, workstream prioritization, influencing & driving cross-functional execution, establishing working relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones, risk identification / mitigation / management, and program communication across audiences ranging from working group to senior executive.

14. Fluency with Hardware lifecycle phases including goals, phase gate deliverables, dependencies and best practices throughout progression.

15. Knowledge of manufacturing-specific roles & responsibilities throughout NPI phases including HW, SW, manufacturing, product, process, test & quality engineering and QA.

16. Knowledge of supply chain-specific roles & responsibilities throughout NPI phases including procurement, planning, product lifecycle management, materials management, demand and supply planning, and logistics.

17. Knowledge of manufacturing test processes & systems, including visual & quality inspections, automated server, storage and integrated rack testing.

18. Knowledge of PLM concepts including BOMs, ECO / MCO, deviations, part substitutions, effectivity date management, quality management systems.

19. Proven demonstrated experience to adapt, take initiative and thrive in ambiguity, build cross functional relationships, manage individual / team / organization-level conflict, and resiliency, leadership & motivation.

20. Proven attention to detail coupled with the experience to operate flexibly and be a change agent within a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.

22. M.S. in Hardware Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.

23. Experience completing TCO analysis and ensuring project costs meet or better budget objectives.

24. Experience sourcing and managing global (Asia, EU, LATAM) suppliers and manufacturing partners.

25. Experience with activities around RFQ package creation, source selection, specification creation, cost analysis, and price negotiation with appropriate team members.

26. Experience executing commercial sourcing agreements.

27. Experience with risk management and disaster & recovery best practices related to hardware manufacturing facilities, processes and goals.

28. Experience with data center hardware architecture and deployment.

29. Project Management Certification (PMP).

Public Compensation:

$157,000/year to $218,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
