Meta Experiential Marketing Coordinator, Global Experiences in Menlo Park, California
Summary:
We're seeking an experiential marketer to join our Global Experiential + Industry Marketing team, focusing on leading, developing and executing immersive physical and digital brand experiences across consumer and retail events. As an Experiential Marketing Coordinator on the Global Experiences team you will lead strategy and execution supporting Meta's priorities and product launches with a deep understanding of established and emerging technologies, focused around our Artificial Intelligence, Wearables and Mixed Reality portfolios. This creative thinker will deliver experiences that break through the noise and showcase our brand, innovative products and their ability to connect people in meaningful ways. You will come to the table with established experience in driving relevant experiences, and have a background managing logistics, operations, contracts and vendors to execute across these events.

Experiential Marketing Coordinator, Global Experiences Responsibilities:
Develop and support experiential marketing strategies for global events and activations centered around our Reality Labs portfolio, while delivering against key performance indicators with measurable results
Lead and drive highly nuanced cross-functional projects, events and experiences
Partner closely with production agencies, creative agencies and industry to bring strategic concepts to life
Drive 360-degree experiential marketing strategies aligning to Meta's product goals
Work with Decision Science team to define and report measurement metrics
Manage marketing and experiential budget in close collaboration with finance and planning partners
Lead long-range planning, identify new opportunities, select and manage partners, vendors, contractors and other resources to achieve business objectives while delivering on budget
Position includes frequent travel
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
4+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on experiential marketing and events
Experience producing successful large-scale events and experiential activations
Experience managing logistics, operations, contract negotiations, stakeholders and vendors
Experience managing business-to-consumer or business-to-business experiential programs
Experience managing budgets and multiple event timelines
Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Metrics-Driven: experience conducting post-mortem analyses of events and conferences

Public Compensation:
$96,000/year to $143,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
